TIA develops and delivers a suite of valuable member and industry events, including TRENZ, the annual Tourism Summit Aotearoa and regional Discussing Tourism events. We also co-host the annual New Zealand Hotel Conference. These events help strengthen and grow the industry.

Discussing Tourism

Discussing Tourism events provide an important forum to discuss the issues, challenges and opportunities facing tourism businesses as well as connecting local businesses with industry leaders. The focus is on business learning, with practical tools and tips to take away and implement in your organisation.

This year, Discussing Tourism is running as a series of webinars due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Tourism Summit Aotearoa

Tourism Summit Aotearoa has been confirmed for 17 November at Te Papa, Wellington. The Summit programme will include an interactive and future-focused approach, and the day will finish with a dinner to celebrate achievements across the industry.
