Keeping Safe as a Visitor in New Zealand
The Tourism Industry Association New Zealand (TIA) has been helping to coordinate a joint tourism/ police project (led by the New Zealand Police) aimed at providing practical safety information for our overseas visitors.
A stock take of current information identified a need for one nationally consistent product that would combine the best advice from the range of material already available. It is not intended to replace targeted regional information already in circulation, but will be an umbrella document endorsed by both the New Zealand Police and the tourism industry.

If users don't already have an account with Travel Express Online, you can register online and then order the brochures. Distribution is paid for by the New Zealand Police.
